Job summary
Xibis in the Netherlands is looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager & Service Delivery Coordinator to help bridge project management, service delivery and client success. You will coordinate implementations, monitor progress and budgets, and act as the link between clients, consultants, and management while growing into greater responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed.
- Strong Dutch and English communication.
- Structured, analytical, results-oriented.
- Interest in project management and client relationships.
- Affinity with IT, ERP systems, and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support implementation and optimization projects at clients.
- Monitor planning, budgets, risks, actions and progress.
- Organize project, progress, and steering committee meetings.
- Draft reports and management reports.
- Monitor SLAs and service performance.
- Identify deviations and initiate improvements.
- Maintain contact with clients on progress and expectations.
- Support consultants and management with client issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
