Junior Performance Marketer

Are you our new Junior Performance Marketer? Dapper is looking for a Junior Performance Marketer with a pioneering spirit – someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.

As a Junior Performance Marketer, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start‑ups to fast‑growing scale‑ups and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

• Have 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.
• Are eager to learn and grow in the world of B2B performance marketing.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where curiosity and ambition are celebrated.
• Bring a proactive attitude and aren’t afraid to experiment, ask questions, or challenge the status quo.
• Have a bit of experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or any other paid ads tool.
• Are able to analyse data and can present in a clear, understandable way to others.
