Job summary

Aalberts Almere zoekt een Junior Production Operator die hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen vervaardigt. Je ondersteunt een ervaren team, leest technische tekeningen en voert assemblage uit volgens werkinstructies.

Je test en meet met kalibers en multimeters, registreert productiegegevens in het ERP-systeem en draagt bij aan veilige, efficiënte processen. Deze fulltime functie kent twee ploegen en biedt een duidelijk carrièrepad richting Senior Operator.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met assemblage, productie of een technische productieomgeving (bij voorkeur).
• Technisch inzicht en vertrouwen in het gebruik van hand- en elektrisch gereedschap.
• Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles of het gebruik van meetgereedschap.
• Nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding.

Responsibilities

• Monteren van producten en componenten aan de hand van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Assemblage en testen van componenten met behulp van meetgerei zoals kalibers en multimeters.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen melden.
• Productiegegevens en materiaalverbruik registreren in het ERP-systeem.
• Samenwerken met collega’s om een veilige, efficiënte en georganiseerde productie te waarborgen.

Wat je gaat doen

Als junior operator. As a Junior Production Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality metal components used by customers around the world. Working together with an experienced team, you'll ensure every product meets Aalberts' high quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling products and components using technical drawings and work instructions.
• Connecting electrical components and testing products with measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.
• Performing quality inspections and reporting any deviations.
• Registering production data, material usage and rejected parts in the ERP system.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient and organised production process.

Working hours: You'll work a full-time two-shift schedule. Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00 (Friday 06:00 – 12:00). Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 00:00 (Friday: 12:00 – 18:00).
