Job summary

Jobster zoekt een Junior Operator voor onze productieafdeling in Leerdam. Je ondersteunt de productie- en verpakkingslijnen en ontwikkelt je technische vaardigheden stap voor stap.

Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op kaasproducten, stelt machines af en helpt bij continue verbetering. Het betreft een fulltime positie met een 3-ploegendienst, een salaris tussen 3.250 en 3.750 euro bruto per maand, plus ploegentoeslag en extra’s zoals vakantietoeslag.

Qualifications

• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.
• Technische interesse in machines en productie.
• Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Nauwkeurige, verantwoordelijke en proactieve werkstijl.
• Fulltime beschikbaarheid.
• Ervaring als operator is een pré, maar niet vereist.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en bewaken van productie- en verpakkinglijnen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op kaasproducten.
• Storingen oplossen, waar mogelijk.
• Instellen en afstellen van machineparameters.
• Fouten in het proces signaleren en adequaat handelen.
• Bijdragen aan continue verbeterinitiatieven.

• Operate and monitor production and packaging lines.
• Perform quality checks on cheese products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Set up, adjust, and change machine settings.
• Identify deviations in the process and act accordingly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Salary from €3,250,- up to €3,750,- gross per month (incl. Shift allowance).
• 36-hour work week in a 3-shift system.
