Fastned is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel for the Netherlands. You will join a growing European legal team based in Amsterdam, reporting to the Lead Legal NL.

The role covers GDPR/privacy, internal policies, and day-to-day corporate housekeeping while enabling growth into broader legal areas across the company. We value an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset, strong communication, and a passion for technology and AI to make legal work more efficient.

Qualifications

• Masters in Dutch law or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of legal counsel experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Interest in compliance topics and corporate housekeeping.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own key compliance topics, esp. GDPR/privacy and internal policies.
• Maintain and roll out internal policies; support awareness and training.
• Handle corporate housekeeping: board/shareholder resolutions, KvK filings, UBOs.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts (NDAs, services, procurement, T&Cs).
• Develop templates and playbooks; optimise contract management and DocuSign workflows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely input to internal teams.
