Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative or STEM field
• Internships, projects, or research showing data work and modeling
• Hands-on, growth mindset with ownership
• Strong communication and collaborative spirit
• Sharp analytical and technical skills bridging business and tech
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Drive data and AI projects forward – analyze data, build models, deliver insights with real business impact
• Apply cutting‑edge machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems
• Develop algorithmic solutions and own high‑impact processes
• Contribute to organizational change with GAIN education and training programs
• Use technical expertise and communication to build scalable data & AI solutions
• Collaborate with client and Rewire teams from day one, learning from leaders
