Creative Clicks is hiring a Junior Data Engineer in Amsterdam to help build and improve data pipelines, maintain a data warehouse, and enable reliable reporting for finance and marketing insights.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Finance Automation Specialists, and Data Analysts to learn how data supports performance marketing and e-commerce at scale. This role offers growth, hands-on experience with BI and cloud data stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling.
• Understanding ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Some practical experience via work, internship, or projects.
• Interest in cloud-based data environments and modern data engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL and data pipelines.
• Support development and maintenance of the data warehouse.
• Map and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Write and improve SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Investigate performance issues and troubleshoot.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions in data environment.
