De Bildung Academie is seeking a junior content specialist to help raise the visibility of its programs and make a social impact. Working with the marketing lead, you will create and publish content that resonates with students, young professionals, and partners, across social media, websites, newsletters, and campaigns.

You will develop social media calendars, produce photos and videos, optimize landing pages and SEO, and manage HubSpot mailing lists.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media, content creation (photography and videography), and online marketing.
• Familiar with Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and Webflow.
• Writes in a strong and concise style and turns stories into engaging content.
• Works in a creative and structured manner.
• Understands the target audience: 16–35 year-olds.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the social media strategy for De Bildung Academie and its programs.
• Create content calendars and social posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
• Capture content during programs (video, photos) and manage channels.
• Support online campaigns and participant recruitment; optimize with Meta Ads.
• Write and optimize landing pages; improve SEO and monitor with Google Analytics.
• Manage HubSpot contact lists and mailing lists.
• Develop and send monthly newsletters.
• Generate ideas to engage participants, partners, and clients.
