Deloitte Netherlands seeks a Junior Consultant in Operations Strategy & Industry Solutions for Insurance and Pensions. You will help design operating models, processes and implement technology-enabled solutions to support client transitions.

In a multidisciplinary team, you translate strategic challenges into concrete initiatives, analyze processes and ecosystems, and contribute to data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with strong academic results.
• Relevant internships, research projects, or extracurriculars.
• Interest in consultancy and process optimization.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop a forward-looking operations strategy with the client and translate strategic challenges into concrete improvement initiatives.
• Analyze processes, operating models, and the broader ecosystem to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Design and implement smart, data-driven, and technology-driven solutions—such as automation and AI—to sustainably improve performance.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams on complex transformation challenges in pensions/insurance and asset managers.
• Develop knowledge of pension and insurance products, processes, and systems through projects and training.
