Bayards Aluminium Solutions in Nieuw-Lekkerland is looking for a Junior CNC Miller to join our production team. You will work with 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality aluminium components for defence, offshore, and yacht projects.

During your education, internship or apprenticeship you have gained basic CNC experience, and you will develop these skills further with experienced colleagues in a hands-on, growth-focused environment, operating on shift-based schedules.

Qualifications

• Reading technical drawings and work instructions.
• Setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
• Performing dimensional and quality inspections.
• Working to tolerances and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read technical drawings and prepare workpieces.
• Operate 3- and 5-axis CNC mills on aluminium parts.
• Ensure parts meet tolerances through inspections.
