Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support international clinical study teams within a global healthcare technology environment. This hybrid role is based in Maastricht, with 2–3 days on-site, and options to base from Belgium or Germany with commuting flexibility. Start date is ASAP.

The position offers a rate of up to €25 per hour. Responsibilities include coordinating study activities, maintaining documentation, generating reports, and supporting audits and process

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or project support experience.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and admin support to global study teams.
• Maintain study documents and regulatory records.
• Coordinate distribution, tracking, and archiving of study documents.
• Attend meetings, capture minutes, track actions.
• Support study start-up activities, document collection, approvals, and progress tracking.
• Generate reports and trackers using Excel and clinical systems.
• Assist with audits and quality checks to ensure documentation.
• Support process improvements and optimise administrative workflows.
• Manage study-related communications and site correspondence.
• Provide general project support and file organisation.
