Job summary

Securance Advisory, a consultancy focused on governance, risk, compliance, security and process management, seeks recent graduates to join a challenging client-facing program. You will work with experienced consultants in the financial sector to improve processes, manage risk and strengthen controls.

You will develop consulting skills, engage in audits and training, and contribute to pragmatic recommendations for client organizations in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO/WO degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and hands-on with strong communication.
• Able to work in a demanding, client-focused environment.
• Affinity with financial sector is a plus.
• Relevant internships or student work are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills preferred.

Are you a recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate looking to start your career in risk, governance and process improvement? At Securance Advisory, you will work alongside experienced consultants on challenging client projects, primarily within the financial sector. You will quickly develop your consulting skills while helping organizations improve processes, manage risks and strengthen internal controls.
