Securance Advisory is een consultancykantoor gespecialiseerd in Governance, Risk en Compliance. Als starter werk je samen met ervaren consultants aan uitdagende klantsprojecten, voornamelijk in de financiële sector.

Je ontwikkelt snel je adviesvaardigheden en helpt organisaties processen te verbeteren, risico's te beheersen en interne controles te versterken. Je werkt aan het opzetten van governance, documenteren van processen en het ontwerpen van verbeteringen.

Qualifications

• Beoogde HBO/WO-graad in relevante richting.
• Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
• Proactieve, ambitieuze en hands-on houding met sterke communicatie.
• In een veeleisende, cliëntgerichte omgeving kunnen werken.
• Affiniteit met de financiële sector is een plus.
• Relevante stage-ervaringen of activiteiten zijn een plus.
• Professionele Engelse vaardigheid; Nederlandse taalvoorkeur.

Responsibilities

• Organiseer governance-structuren en ondersteun de ontwikkeling van beleidslijnen.
• Analyseer, documenteer en visualiseer bedrijfsprocessen.
• Ontwerp en implementeer nieuwe processen en optimaliseer bestaande.
• Zet risicobeheermaatregelen op en test controls.
• Ondersteun de voorbereiding van assurance-rapporten.
• Ondersteun interne en externe audits.
• Geef trainingen aan medewerkers.
• Adviseer klanten over praktische verbeteringen van hun organisatie.

Are you a recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate looking to start your career in risk, governance and process improvement? At Securance Advisory, you will work alongside experienced consultants on challenging client projects, primarily within the financial sector. You will quickly develop your consulting skills while helping organizations improve processes, manage risks and strengthen internal controls.

• Organize governance structures and support the development of policies.
• Analyze, document and visualize business processes.
• Design and implement new processes and optimize existing ones.
• Set up and implement risk management measures and test controls.
• Support the preparation of assurance reports.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Deliver internal and external training sessions.
• Advise clients on practical improvements to their organization.

Vereisten

• Completed HBO/WO (Bachelor's or Master's) degree, preferably in Management, Economics, IT, Compliance, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and hands‑on mindset with strong communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a demanding, client‑focused environment.
• Affinity with the financial sector is a plus.
• Relevant experience through internships, student jobs or other activities is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are preferred.
