Job summary

Eurofiber is seeking a Junior Business Controller to drive financial planning and cost control across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. You’ll analyze variances, prepare monthly reviews, and support strategic investment decisions with cross-country stakeholders.

You have a Master’s degree and at least 2 years in a business/financial controlling role, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluency in Dutch and English. A hybrid working model and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Business or Financial Controller.
Analytical mindset: you love digging into data and improving insights.
Proactive and hands-on: you grab hold of challenges and don’t let go until they’re solved.
Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint (Thinkcell is a plus).
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Develop multi-year business plans, budgets, and investment plans.
Contribute to analyses on topics of strategic importance for EF Operations.
Analyze variances from budget, identify trends, and forecast costs and investments.
Prepare monthly performance review reports on OPEX, Cost of Sales, and investments.
Support forecasts with performance reports and projections.
Monitor costs and investments for key projects.
