Job summary

Interfood BV in Bladel, The Netherlands, seeks a Junior Business Controller to connect finance with the commercial organization and enhance financial performance. You will collect and analyze data, support budgeting and forecasting, and monitor risks and opportunities to drive cost optimization and growth.

You will collaborate across departments, approve contracts, monitor credit limits, and assist with mark-to-market analyses while providing ad-hoc support to Trade, Logistics and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Team player with collaboration across departments.
• Excellent communication and a proactive attitude.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply; experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the commercial organization to translate financial objectives into action plans.
• Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monitoring progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement appropriate controls.
• Approve purchase and sales contracts.
• Monitor customer credit limits and conduct credit risk analyses.
• Perform inventory corrections.
• Assist in mark-to-market analyses to measure commercial performance.
• Provide ad-hoc support to Trade, Logistics and Finance departments.
