Job summary

Monks is seeking a Junior AV / Multimedia Designer to design, create and tailor graphics, images, sound, animation, video and text for integrated multimedia social assets. You will merge design with technical know-how to support digital products and websites, collaborating with stakeholders to align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

In this hybrid role you will produce social assets at scale, edit video, and adapt brand visuals for social media in real time, using Premiere Pro, After

Qualifications

• +1 years experience in multimedia role within advertising/production.
• Experience with AI-driven content production for social media.
• Video editing and motion design skills.
• Proficient in Premiere, After Effects, Lottie and AI tools.
• Strong experience in social media, calendar management, and asset production.
• Deep understanding of social platforms and formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YT).
• Experience visualizing creative campaigns for a fashion-focused ecommerce.

As a Junior AV / Multimedia Designer (IA) at Monks you will be responsible for Designing, creating, manipulating and tailoring graphics, images, sound, animation, video and text to create integrated multimedia social assets. A multimedia developer is able to combine design skills with technical knowledge to digital products and websites. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that all audio and visual elements align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualification Requirements

• +1 years experience working in the advertising or production industry in a Multimedia Role.

• Knowledge and experience in AI-driven content production for social media.

• Video editing and motion design skills.

• Tooling: Premiere, AE, Lottie, AI tools.

• Strong experience in social media, creative calendar management, and asset production.

• Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YT).

• Visualization of creative campaigns for a fashion focused ecommerce platform.

Nice to have

• Good English, both spoken and written.
