Job summary

Reply is seeking an Agentic Engineer to develop production-ready software using modern engineering principles. You will work on-site with clients, refine requirements, and deliver rapid iterations while presenting results to stakeholders.

Collaborate with AI agents to enhance quality and speed, apply lean and adaptive engineering, and tackle cross-domain challenges. Grow through continuous development and certifications within a non-hierarchical Reply group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven software engineering or software development experience.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Develop production ready software using modern engineering principles such as TDD, containers, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
• Work directly with client on-site as an Agentic Engineer, refine requirements, build in rapid iterations (hours instead of days), and present results live to stakeholders.
• Collaborate side by side with AI-agents to enhance quality, speed, and creativity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply the Agentic Engineering mindset of lean, adaptive, and focused on measurable impact.
• Move seamlessly between technologies and environments, learn quickly, and solve complex challenges across different domains.
