Accountmanager – Tempo-Team

Responsible for growing the business in the Noord-Oost regio by combining sales, recruitment and relationship management to match candidates with business clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and bring in new clients.
• Recruit and match best candidates to client needs, including creating selection profiles, conducting intake interviews and checking references.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent and workforce solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of local SMEs and larger production sites.
• Co‑ordinate the work of flex workers in your unit and support their development.
• Keep a strong focus on commercial opportunities and meet set targets.
• Operate stress‑resistantly, prioritise quickly and remain decisive.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary €2,750 to €3,200 per month (proportionate to experience).
• Monthly flexible benefit budget of 12.347% (€340‑395 extra).
• Monthly expense allowance of €61 net.
• Standard 25 vacation days plus option to purchase up to five extra weeks of leave.
• Optional sabbatical every three years.
• Commission structure linked to organisational results.
• Participation in a share‑purchase plan; up to 5% of salary doubled by company.
• Travel, travel card or mileage allowance (€0.23/km). If >16,000 business km/year a lease car may be provided.
• Flexible work schedule with one day a week on site at Zwolle or Meppel.

Location & Team

Based in the Noord‑Oost region, working mainly remotely with a weekly on‑site team meeting at Zwolle or Meppel. Working alongside two enthusiastic colleagues.
