About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Planning Manager to join the team. This is a strategic business partnering role that supports senior management in driving business performance, long-term growth, and organizational success across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in business planning, performance management, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making while working closely with stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Japan.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Planning
- Lead annual budgeting, mid-term plans, and long-term business planning processes.
- Coordinate budget cycles, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning activities.
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable business plans and measurable objectives.
- Support strategic initiatives and business transformation projects across the region.
Performance Management & Business Insights
- Monitor business performance and key strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial and operational results to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Lead monthly management reporting for EMEA leadership and headquarters.
Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Support management meetings and strategic decision-making processes.
- Prepare executive presentations, business review materials, and board-level reports.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across EMEA and Japan.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and internal controls.
- Promote transparency, compliance, and effective business management practices.
- Support continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and governance processes.
Who We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, finance, FP&A, business controlling, or a related function within an international organization.
- Strong understanding of:
P&L management
Balance sheet management
Corporate finance
Business performance management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with regional headquarters and global stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
