Job summary

You will work hands-on with service owners, project teams, service desk teams, and external partners to configure, improve, and support ITSM processes and tooling, shaping how IT services are delivered across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Canon's ITSM solutions to meet business needs and deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Act as Product Owner for the ITSM platform (Xurrent) and related reporting solutions, shaping IT service delivery and support.
• Collaborate with service owners, project teams, service desk teams, and external partners to configure, improve, and support ITSM processes and tooling.
