Overview

Are you passionate about solving technical problems and helping customers? We’re looking for an IT Tech Support Associate to join our team and provide high-quality technical support for IT-related issues.

What are you going to do?

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve incidents, service requests, and technical queries efficiently and professionally.

You’ll collaborate with other support and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, while maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the process.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide technical support for IT incidents, issues, and service requests;
  • Collaborate with internal support and product teams to resolve problems;
  • Ensure proper documentation, escalation, and follow-up of all cases;
  • Focus on direct customer interaction (not transaction processing).
