About the job

We are rapidly expanding and doubling in revenue every year, and as you can imagine, that comes with many challenges in IT Support Specialist (from vendor management to security policies).

What you will do:

As our IT Support Specialist, you will empower your colleagues by providing top-notch hardware and software solutions and assisting them with all IT needs. You’ll handle technical support requests via our ticketing system, email, phone, or in person; troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals; and install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and applications. You’ll also support network-related issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP), manage user accounts and permissions, and assist with IT asset management, including inventory, setup, and decommissioning.

Additionally, you’ll provide IT support for onboarding and offboarding, and document solutions and procedures to build a strong knowledge base and ensure consistency. We can assure you that you won’t get bored — you’ll tackle a wide range of technical challenges while supporting colleagues across all departments.

Who are you:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, including strong hands-on experience, you do not hesitate to get your hands dirty and be an example.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles and how to apply them to make our IT environment run smoothly.
  • You're approachable, helpful, and enjoy making tech feel easy, you see IT as a support function that enables people to do their best work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which you will put into practice by fostering collaboration with your colleagues and looking for stakeholder buy-in.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work independently when needed but always as part of a team.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
