Job summary

Vanderlande seeks an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate service delivery for global airport IT solutions. You will connect customers with the Service Management group and drive handovers, improving service performance and satisfaction.

You will work across Service Desks, engineering, product and sales, guiding international teams and stakeholders, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required.
