Job summary

Risguard in the Netherlands is seeking an IT Risk Manager with at least four years of experience in IT audits, risk management, or information security. You will lead complex audits, implement IT frameworks, and report to senior management while guiding projects to on-time delivery.

You will mentor teammates, manage stakeholders, and shape Risguard’s security posture. The role offers hybrid work, a competitive salary from €5,650 to €9,800 per month plus a potential annual bonus up to €20,000,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration or similar field.
• At least four years of work experience in IT audits, risk management or information security.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or RE are desirable.
• Extensive knowledge in IT security, risk management and compliance.
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex IT audits, risk analyses and privacy/compliance projects.
• Analyze and manage vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes.
• Report clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and departments to improve compliance and security.
• Mentor and coach team members and lead projects.
