Job summary

Monta seeks an IT Product Manager to bridge our international business and central IT. You translate country team needs into clear IT requirements and drive prioritisation with IT Ops, IT Security, IT Dev, and IT Implementation.

Based in the Netherlands, you’ll work with country managers to anticipate IT needs before launches, ensuring alignment with our global architecture and security standards. Full-time role with frequent cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in an IT-facing role with business partnering.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with international teams across markets.
• Solid understanding of WMS, ERP or fulfilment platforms.
• Structured communicator to produce clear requirements and updates.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact for international country teams: translating business needs into IT requirements across software, hardware, and integrations.
• Maintain a forward-looking IT roadmap per country, aligning with central IT planning cycles.
• Represent international business interests within the central IT organisation and ensure priorities are visible and resourced.
• Coordinate with IT Security on country-level compliance and launch planning.
• Partner with IT Dev to scope and prioritise integration requirements for new markets.
• Support IT Ops in defining local infrastructure needs ahead of country launches.
• Ensure country requirements align with central IT architecture and security standards.
