Job summary

Brink Group is seeking a hands-on Manager IT/OT to bridge IT and Operations Technology across our production sites. You will lead a five-person IT team, manage budget and forecast, and partner with global IT initiatives in a matrix organization based in Staphorst, NL.

The role requires strong Dutch and English communication, strategic thinking with practical implementation, cybersecurity focus, and collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering to improve efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

Proven ability to combine people leadership with hands-on IT/OT expertise.
Experience working in an international (matrix)organization and leading cross-functional IT or OT projects.

Responsibilities

Ensure IT and OT are securely integrated and support office and manufacturing operations.
0 act as the interface between Manufacturing Engineering, global IT, and external partners.
Lead IT/OT improvement projects, including infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
Manage, coach and develop the IT team with clear priorities and high performance.
Translate business and manufacturing requirements into scalable IT/OT solutions aligned with group standards.
Manage IT budget and forecast, driving continuous improvement across IT/OT.
