Job summary

Michael Page International (Netherlands) is seeking an IT leadership professional to shape the IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. You will lead a multi-location team and drive cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance initiatives across the organisation.

The role requires experience in international IT environments, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach when needed to deliver strategic outcomes. 6-month engagement with potential extension, 32–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams in international environments.
• Proven leadership of IT teams and stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, compliance and audit preparation.
• Background in Information Technology or Business Informatics or related field.
• Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
