Job summary

Alcami is expanding its pharmaceutical packaging and IT capabilities at the Etten-Leur site. The IT Applications Specialist will own critical manufacturing and enterprise apps, collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Global IT to ensure compliant operations.

You will lead local IT support, drive improvements, and work with external vendors on integrations and validation. Dutch and English proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience supporting ERP, MES or manufacturing apps.
• Experience managing IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and integrations.
• Experience with Navision/ARC MES/TraceLink/BarTender is a plus.
• GMP-regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Familiar with CSV, change control, and regulated IT processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve applications supporting production and business processes.
• Act as technical owner for manufacturing/enterprise systems and support teams.
• Lead implementations, upgrades, integrations and improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Support validation, testing and change control in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with customers during onboarding, testing and production readiness.
• Manage local End User Computing Engineer and IT support coordination.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives with Global IT to ensure compliant IT.
