Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks an Inventory Management Planner to own material availability and stock accuracy across the warehouse. You will collaborate with Sourcing, in-house 3PL and other ASML sites to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries to internal factories.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, a relevant degree, SAP experience, and strong analytical, stakeholder and problem-solving skills. Shifts run 2–shifts with weekends per schedule, and some remote work up to one day weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5 years of experience within Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on experience in a technical production/warehouse environment.
• Preferably experience with troubleshooting: problem solving methodologies.
• SAP knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability based on demand needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of all needed materials.
• Predict and prevent inventory related challenges.
• Align on capacity vs. demand in the logistical process.
• Set priorities for specific stock transfer orders.
• Report on performance, and set out actions when needed.
