Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Nieuwegein is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to maintain inventory accuracy and align stock with system records. You will connect warehouse operations with inventory management and support daily activities while operating a reach truck.

The role requires proven inventory control experience, a valid reach truck certificate, and strong Excel-based reporting skills. You will work independently within a collaborative team and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven inventory controller experience in logistics/warehouse.
• Valid reach truck certificate and hands-on driving ability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills for inventory data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and stock audits, keeping records in the WMS.
• Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, implement improvements.
• Prepare inventory reports and KPI analyses for process optimization.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for inventory-related issues.
• Operate a reach truck and ensure safety procedures.
