Apollo Tyres Ltd in Enschede invites an internship student to contribute to wet grip research within the PV Testing & TMD group of the European R&D Centre. Wet grip is a critical parameter for braking distance and vehicle stability, influenced by tyre properties and road characteristics.

You will work on asphalt surface properties and laser scan data analysis under supervision and collaborate with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Enrolled bachelor or master in relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work in a testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify key influence factors for wet grip.
• Analyze the role of asphalt surface properties.
• Evaluate the reliability and repeatability of laser scanning measurements used to characterize road texture.
