Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Quality (Management) intern at NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst in the Netherlands. You will join the Quality Department in an all-round role focusing on hotel quality and guest experiences, including monitoring online reviews and contributing new ideas to improve stays.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Quality (Management) intern, you will join an all-round position within the Quality Department. The focus will be mainly on the quality of the entire hotel and the guest experiences. In addition, you are partly responsible of maintaining, sharing and tracking online reviews and implementing new ideas to improve the stay of our guests.
