About The Internship
During this internship, you will be part of the IT TSA Program- team, where you’ll work on real projects and contribute to meaningful improvements. Momentarily, the team is working on the transition of the entire IT environment from Hitachi to a new tenant.
What You’ll Be Doing
- TSA Program Business communication
- Based on a communication plan the business will need to be informed about the steps taken into the program. You will draft and style comms, templates on behalf of the TSA program and communicate with business stakeholders.
- Assist in requirements analysis and gathering
- Program Management Support (Administrative tasks in Monday.com)
- Assisting the Program Manager (diversity of tasks)
Depending On Your Study Direction And Goals, You
- Work on the TSA program that is currently in progress
- Support ongoing team activities
- Analyse data, create reports, or do research
- Join team meetings and cross-department projects
- Improve processes or bring new ideas to the table
- Collaborate with people across Europe

Who You Are
You are a student who is:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HBO or WO)
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable asking questions (we love that!)
- Positive, open-minded, and a team player
- Able to work in English (Dutch is a big plus)
- Comfortable in team-working
- Capable of excellent communication
Requirements
- You must be enrolled at a recognized educational institution
- Internship agreement from your school
What We Offer
- Monthly internship allowance of € 600,- based on a 40 hours workweek.
- If you do not have a Dutch student travel product, you will receive €0.25 per km (up to 37.5 km one-way) with a maximum of
- If you do have a student travel product, you receive a maximum of €10,- per workday as travel contribution.

Supervision
You will be guided by Bart Lelieveld from the IT department. Additionally, you’ll meet with our Internship Coordinator at key moments during your internship to discuss progress, wellbeing, and support.
