Job summary

Quintall in The Hague is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Sales and Marketing teams on a 6-month, full-time basis. The role involves content creation, event support, digital marketing, and campaign assistance in a fast-paced startup environment.

Travel across Europe may be required, with a hybrid office presence in The Hague. Ideal candidates recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with fluency in English and Dutch.

• Marketing campaigns: support newsletters and email campaigns for lead nurturing.
• Reporting: help collect and analyse marketing data and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop materials for lead generation and business development.

Internship: Marketing

Location: The Hague, Netherlands (hybrid, 60% office presence required)
Duration: 6 months, full-time (100%)
Start date: As soon as possible
Potential: Looking for candidates interested in transitioning to a full-time position after the internship

Travel: Around 20%, mainly across Europe

Your mission

As a Marketing Intern, you will support our marketing activities and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in The Hague.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Content creation: Supporting the preparation and publication of customer stories, case studies, articles, white papers, presentations, brochures...

• Events: Supporting the organisation and coordination of trade fairs, conferences, customer events, and other industry events

• Digital marketing: Supporting the creation of website updates, SEO initiatives, Linkedin publications

• Marketing campaigns: Supporting the development of newsletters and email marketing campaigns to nurture our leads

• Reporting: Helping collect, structure, and analyse marketing performance data and KPIs

• Working closely with the Sales team to create sales and marketing materials that support lead generation and business development

Profile we are looking for:

• Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in marketing, renewable energy, agritech, and innovation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and proactive mindset with strong autonomy and curiosity
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, with a high level of flexibility
• Fluency in English and Dutch required, both spoken and written
• German is a plus
• Able to travel independently around 20% of the time
• Driving licence is a plus
• Experience in horticulture, agriculture, renewable energy, or B2B marketing is a strong plus
• Experience using Canva, Photoshop, Excel, Powerpoint, and AI agents

Education: Bachelor/Master/PhD. Languages: Englisch (fluent)
