Job summary

ING Corporate Finance Amsterdam offers a four-month, full-time internship in a dynamic, international environment. You will participate in research, analyses and day-to-day transaction executions across a broad range of industries and cross-border deals.

The program supports your personal development with internal trainings, and offers a 700 EUR internship allowance based on a 36-hour week, plus a laptop and hybrid working arrangements. You must be enrolled at a Dutch university.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor (third year) student with high interest in Corporate Finance and M&A.
• Fluent business English; Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
• Interest in international banking and fast-paced advisory environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and financial analyses for live transactions.
• Support day-to-day transaction execution in Corporate Finance M&A team.
• Contribute to cross-border deal workflows and client materials.

The Team

ING Corporate Finance offers tailored services for transactions such as:

The team in Amsterdam, consisting of 40-50 professionals, seeks highly motivated students for a four-month internship. The internship is on a full-time basis only and can be started throughout the year.

You will participate in research, various analyses and day-to-day transaction executions at all levels of Corporate Finance and work in a broad spectrum of industries, countries and types of financial operations. All these items will highly contribute to a strong personal development in analytical expertise, commercial skills and actual transaction experience. • Master or Bachelor (third year bachelor) student with high interest in Corporate Finance and M&A
• Problem analysis and judgment
• International (open for both international and Dutch candidates)

• Fluency in business English is required and oral proficiency in Dutch preferred
