Job summary

Danone NL is seeking a Learning & Development intern to support training coordination, data management, and digital platform activities across the Netherlands. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and contribute to various projects while developing your professional skills.

The role offers a hybrid setup with offices in Hoofddorp, Rijswijk, and Utrecht, starting mid-November for at least six months, four to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number.
• Available to start 15th November for min 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work from Hoofddorp, Rijswijk and Utrecht offices at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing trainings across the Netherlands.
• Logistics support with invitations, materials, location bookings, and post-evaluation reviews.
• Learning data management, data analysis, and reporting using MS Excel.
• Digital platform management and animation of internal e-learning platforms.
• Support coaching, mentoring, and 360 surveys.
• Serve as the go-to person for queries from participants and trainers.

As an L&D intern, you’ll be an integral part of our team, providing essential services across all our businesses in the Netherlands. You will support these activities primarily by managing learning data, coordinating training administration, animating digital learning platforms, and taking active part in ongoing projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and Organizing Trainings: Support in coordinating training sessions across the Netherlands.
• Logistics Support: Handle invitations, materials, location bookings, and post-evaluation reviews to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Learning Data management: Data analysis, maintaining data hygiene, and support in reporting using MS excel
• Digital Platform Management: Assist in the animation of our digital e-learning platforms on Danone’s internal social media
• Self-Development Initiatives: Support coaching, mentoring, and 360 surveys.
• Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person and manage queries from participants and trainers for the assigned trainings.

About You

You are a Bachelor's/Master's student in Work & Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or any related field.

• You like to take initiative and communicate with different levels of stakeholders.
• You are well-organized and canprioritizeyour work which is supported by yourresults- and customer-oriented mindset.

Here are some key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship (if you are a non - EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university and your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone).
• You are resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• You are available to start in 15th of November for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
• You are fluent in English(spoken and written).
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp, Rijswijk and Utrecht offices, at least 2 days per week.
• You have a solid grasp of Excel and PowerPoint.
