Job summary

Danone in the Netherlands invites applications for a Learning and Development Intern starting 15 November 2026. You will manage learning data, coordinate training administration, and animate digital learning platforms across the NL business.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship (if you are a non - EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university and your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone).
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• Available to start on 15th November for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work from Hoofddorp, Utrecht and Rijswijk offices, at least 2 days per week.
• Solid grasp of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing trainings; support in coordinating training sessions across the Netherlands.
• Logistics support: invitations, materials, location bookings, post-evaluation reviews.
• Learning data management: data analysis, data hygiene, and reporting support using MS Excel.
• Digital platform management: assist animation of Danone's internal e-learning platforms.
• Self-development initiatives: support coaching, mentoring, and 360 surveys.
• Point of contact: manage queries from participants and trainers.

Your Main Responsibilities Include

• Planning and Organizing Trainings Support in coordinating training sessions across the Netherlands.
• Logistics Support Handle invitations, materials, location bookings, and post-evaluation reviews to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Learning Data management Data analysis, maintaining data hygiene, and support in reporting using MS excel
• Digital Platform Management Assist in the animation of our digital e-learning platforms on Danone’s internal social media
• Self-Development Initiatives Support coaching, mentoring, and 360 surveys.
• Point of Contact Serve as the go-to person and manage queries from participants and trainers for the assigned trainings.

About You

You are a Bachelor's/Master's student in Work & Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or any related field.

• You like to take initiative and communicate with different levels of stakeholders.
• You are well-organized and can prioritize your work which is supported by your results- and customer-oriented mindset.

Here Are Some Key Requirements
