Danone is seeking an FP&A Intern to join the Benelux Finance team. You will work on monthly closing, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis using Tagetik and other reporting tools in an international setting.

The role emphasizes improving processes, templates, and documentation, with exposure to ERP systems and a collaborative team across Danone NL. Hybrid work from offices in Hoofddorp, Utrecht, or Rijswijk is available.

Competenze

• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• ERP or financial reporting exposure is a plus, not required.

About the Job

Are you looking to kick-start your career in Finance and gain hands-on experience in FP&A within an international environment? As our FP&A Intern, you will join the Benelux Finance team and get involved in key financial processes, from monthly closing and reporting to forecasting and planning. You will work with financial data and reporting tools while also having the opportunity to contribute to improving and simplifying the way we work.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support the preparation and updating of monthly closing and reporting files.
• Assist with category and brand reporting, reconciliations and data quality checks.
• Support rolling forecasts, GPS and Risks & Opportunities activities.
• Help prepare and validate system uploads in Tagetik and other reporting tools.
• Maintain and improve standard templates, checklists and process documentation.
• Contribute to process simplification and automation initiatives.
• Provide operational support during key closing and forecasting periods when multiple activities run in parallel.

About You

To be successful in this internship, we're looking for someone who:

• You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You are confident working with Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are structured, proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn.
• You feel comfortable working towards deadlines and collaborating with colleagues in an international environment.
• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous exposure to ERP or financial reporting systems is a plus, but not a requirement.
