Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to drive multi-market digital strategies across automotive and architectural segments from our European Headquarters in the Netherlands. The role blends design with execution, offering asset creation, campaign coordination, website management and analytics in a fast-paced international environment.

The position is hybrid, starting 2 November 2026 for 6 months, with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote per week.

Qualifications

  • Final year Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Business or related field.
  • Native English; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing social media and paid ad content across automotive and architectural segments.
  • Support coordination of digital campaigns, competitions and giveaways.
  • Assist with website content updates and asset maintenance for new projects.
  • Support email marketing activities, newsletters and promotions, maintaining design standards.
  • Help monitor KPIs and gather insights to drive online engagement and performance.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team! As the a Digital Marketing Intern for Graphics Solutions EMENA, you will play a hands‑on role in driving multi-channel digital strategies across multiple markets, blending creative design with digital execution to elevate online brand presence within the automotive and architectural segments. This role offers immersive experience in asset creation, campaign coordination, website management, and digital analytics in a fast-paced, international corporate environment. The role is based at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest and follows a hybrid work model. This internship is scheduled to start on 2nd of November 2026 for a duration of 6 months. The role requires a minimum commitment of 2 days per week on-site, with the flexibility to work from home 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and creating social media and paid ad content (including basic video production, image editing, and post caption creation) focused on both our automotive and architectural segments.
  • Support with coordination of several digital campaigns (including competitions, collaborations and giveaways).
  • Support website content updates, asset maintenance, and the introduction of new website projects.
  • Support email marketing activities, including newsletters and promotions, while helping maintain consistent design standards.
  • Assist with monitoring key performance metrics and gathering insights to help drive online engagement and performance.
Qualifications
Required
  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Native English language skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) and Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Skills you need to succeed
  • A strong interest and passion for digital marketing and design, with good knowledge of Canva, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or similar editing software.
  • Customer-focused team player with intercultural competence, good project management skills, and resilience to work well under pressure and adapt to changes.
