Job summary

Hunkemöller Netherlands seeks a Finance/Controlling intern to support monthly close, year-end processes and reporting. You’ll analyze costs, assist audits and help improve data quality in a busy, international environment.

Requirements: a WO/HBO student in Finance or related field, strong Excel skills, accuracy, and English fluency. Benefits include 450€ gross monthly internship allowance, 25% staff discount, a company laptop, and a WFH option up to 2 days/week.

• Preparing and analyzing monthly cost reports, including actuals versus budget.
• Supporting initiatives to improve financial processes, reporting and data quality.
• Assisting the Controlling team with ad-hoc financial analyses and projects.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2027. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
