Job summary

Teneo Amsterdam is seeking motivated interns to explore a start in strategic communications. You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients, learning core skills from experts across disciplines and collaborating with colleagues globally to deliver integrated counsel.

The internship offers cross-cultural learning, exposure to media relations, financial communications, public affairs and strategy & research, supported by our Talent Development team and a dedicated Talent Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in strategic communications and public affairs.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-starting attitude.
• Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week, for 4–6 months.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Our structure allows you to gain experience in multiple disciplines, including media relations, financial communications, public affairs, and strategy and research - helping you develop the knowledge needed to deliver for clients in a truly integrated way.
• You will have access to the wider Talent Development offering throughout the internship, led by our dedicated in-house Talent Development team of learning specialists, to ensure that you are able to develop the key professional skills to succeed and flourish in your role.
• To guide and support your experience you will have a Talent Manager.

We Are Looking For a Candidate With

• A strong interest in strategic communications and public affairs
• An eagerness to learn and develop / leverage your skillset in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and self-starting attitude
• Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week, for a duration of 4 to 6 months
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English
