These processes are becoming increasingly complex and require a lot of manual work: sifting through documents, posing questions to various departments (sales, demand planning, engineering, procurement), collecting responses, and aligning commercially. This process is time consuming, prone to errors, and heavily reliant on the availability and knowledge of colleagues.We aim to organize this more intelligently and future-proof by developing an AI-supported solution that accelerates, simplifies, and reduces dependence on manual input in tender processes.**The Assignment** During your internship, you will develop an **AI knowledge database** that centrally stores previously asked questions and answers.
