Job summary

Henkel Nederland biedt een Internship Engineering & Maintenance bij Scheemda, gericht op productie en digitalisering. Je werkt aan preventief en predictief onderhoud, analyseert systeemprestaties en helpt bij het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen in een chemie/petrochemie-omgeving.

Je leert het toepassen van Industry 4.0-technologieën en digitale tools, werkt aan modificaties en projecten, en ondersteunt bij installaties en routinematige verbeteringen.

Qualifications

• Bewezen ervaring met onderhoudsprocessen en asset reliability.
• Kennis van IoT-sensoren en predictive analytics.
• Inzetten van digitale tools in onderhouds-workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteun leiding in preventief en voorspellend onderhoud.
• Gebruik data uit het onderhoudsbeheersysteem om prestaties te monitoren en optimalisaties voor te stellen.
• Ondersteun onderhoudsschema's voor geplande en ongeplande reparaties.

About this Position

What you'll do

Support Maintenance Leadership and Asset Reliability

• - Assist in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• - Use data from the Maintenance Management System to monitor equipment performance and suggest optimizations.
• - Support maintenance schedules for planned and unplanned repairs, collaborating with technicians to minimize downtime.

Digital Transformation in Engineering and Maintenance

• - Contribute to the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT sensors, predictive analytics, and digital twins for maintenance and equipment monitoring.
• - Collaborate on integrating new digital tools and software into maintenance workflows, enhancing real-time decision-making.
• - Assist in the rollout and training of staff on digital platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.

Engineering and Technical Assistance

• - Participate in plant modifications, upgrades, and new installations, incorporating digital solutions for enhanced system performance.
• - Assist in root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
