Job summary

Lavastica International B.V. is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join the inside sales team in Rotterdam.

You will act as the commercial link between customers, Senior Sales Account Managers, and internal departments, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and seamless processes from the office. You will work in a young, dynamic, international team and help determine the best sales team and region fit for your talents and ambitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO+ level and a commercial background preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in an inside sales or commercial support role.
• Proficient English; a second language is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and administrative skills.
• Interest in industry and technical trade, maritime sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial point of contact from inside sales for (international) customers.
• Maintain daily contact with customers via phone and email.
• Prepare, develop and follow up on quotations and price inquiries.
• Process and follow up on inquiries and orders.
• Ensure fast, professional responses and maintain existing relationships.
• Support Account Managers with commercial activities and ERP data entry.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Logistics to best serve customers.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries and logistics arrangements.
