GP-Connect in the Netherlands is seeking experienced waiters to join its hospitality team in the Limburg area near the Belgian border. The position offers long-term, full-time work with accommodation options and a gross hourly rate of €16.8.

You will deliver high-quality service, greet guests, seat them, and maintain table settings while serving food and beverages. Collaboration with a diverse international team is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter in a professional setting.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work and live with colleagues from diverse nationalities.
• Availability to commit to a long-term position in the Netherlands.
• CV in English is required for the application process.

Responsabilités

• Delivering exceptional service by adhering to the company's service standards and etiquette.
• Maintaining a polite and professional appearance at all times.
• Welcoming guests, seating them, and ensuring tables are appropriately set with cutlery, plates, and glasses.
• Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness during meals, and resetting tables for the next patrons.
• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Managing guest complaints effectively and escalating them to supervisors when necessary.
• Supporting special events and performing additional duties as needed.
