A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Logistics, International Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Practical insights gained through internships, apprenticeships, or roles in logistics, ideally in air and ocean freight.
Fluency in English is essential, and other European languages are a plus.
Openness to exploring different cultures and working across national and international locations.
You will begin your 18 month traineeship career with a 40-hour workweek.
Work in one of our German offices with flexible hybrid arrangements, including two days of mobile office per week (aligned with each station).
