Your Future Mission:
In this role, you’ll oversee the entire trading cycle within your given market from lead sourcing and intiating contact with business partners to negotiating contract terms and finalising deals. Your journey begins with an immersive training program during your first month, equipping you with comprehensive insights into the nuances of International Trading.
We offer hands-on guidance and success from day one. Upon stepping into the role, you’ll hit the ground running by identifying leads and cultivating a robust pipeline of potential prospects within your Market. Your primary objective is to bring substantial and sustainable values to our business acumen, driven by a deep understanding of client and suppliers pain points and needs. To facilitate your deals and ensure operational efficiency, effective coordination with our Logistics and Finance Teams is crucial. Providing timely administrative support to these teams will streamline processes and enhance deal execution.
Above all, success in this role hinges on self -motivation and a steadfast commitment to meeting and exceeding targets. With a resolute, no-excuse mindset, you’ll diligently follow up on leads and drive towards achieving your targets.
