Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Sales Leadership – Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive revenue and market share in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
  2. Distributor & Key Account Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key healthcare partners, aligning growth strategies with corporate objectives.
  3. Team Development – Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team, driving consistent success and performance.
  4. Market Intelligence & Strategy – Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategy and enhance product positioning.
  5. Collaboration Across Departments – Work closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support business expansion.
  6. Industry Engagement – Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and build strategic connections.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Sales Leadership Experience – 7+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare technology sales, with a strong track record in distributor-led markets.
  2. Regional Market Expertise – Deep understanding of the Benelux healthcare landscape, including key stakeholders and distribution channels.
  3. Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to use market insights and analytics to inform decision-making and drive sales success.
  4. Proven Team Leadership – Experience in managing, coaching, and developing sales teams to exceed performance targets.
  5. Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus) and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  6. Willingness to Travel – Ability to travel across the Benelux region to build relationships and oversee sales initiatives.
