You will plan routes, select carriers, and support customers on the job. Responsibilities include planning international road transport to and from Portugal and Greece, obtaining quotes, processing orders in ITMS, and maintaining regular contact with drivers and customers.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required; intensive on-the-job training from 5 colleagues.
• Sociable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Strong geographical awareness and ability to recognize patterns; comfortable with numbers.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in Dutch (B2) and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan international road transport routes to/from Portugal and Greece.
• Request quotes from carriers and select cost-efficient routes.
• Process transport orders in ITMS and monitor shipments.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, drivers, and carriers.
• Handle admin tasks and transport documentation (75% email, 25% phone).
• Rotate escalation phone to manage incidents outside office hours.
