Job summary

Ausnutria seeks a proactive Internal Auditor to join a small team in Zwolle. You will perform audits per the risk-based plan, identify control gaps, and document findings with clear reporting. Travel for international audits (1–4 times yearly) is expected.

You’ll engage with executives, the Board, and external auditors while applying a hands-on approach and a deep business sense in a production environment. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Professional audit qualification (RA, RO or CIA).
• 5+ years in (internal) audit roles, with risk-based approaches.
• Strong written and spoken English and Dutch; stakeholder-facing.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive Internal Auditor with a critical attitude and good communication skills. Do you combine these competencies with a ‘hands-on approach’? Then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities

Our small Internal Audit team is looking for a new colleague. You work closely with your team members, but you also have your own tasks and responsibilities. The tasks and responsibilities associated with this position include:

• Execute, in accordance with the risk-based internal audit year plan, internal audits that may include system reviews, investigations, agreed upon procedures and risk assessments.
• Proactively partner with the business to identify control deficiencies, process improvements and financial issues and propose solutions where applicable.
• Clearly and thoroughly documents all audit work and conclusions via a well-organized set of work papers in compliance with the company standards.
• Report clearly and concisely.
• Monitor audit recommendations and stimulate timely implementation of these recommendations.

Furthermore, We’re Looking For Someone With

• Professional audit qualification, preferably RA, RO or CIA.
• At least 5 years work experience in an (internal) audit position.
• Ability to interact with executive management, the Board of Directors, external auditors and regulatory agencies with tact and diplomacy while achieving stated objectives.
• Professional communication and consulting skills (both oral and written) in English and Dutch.
• A keen interest in cultural differences and a strong desire to foster mutual understanding.
• Experience in a production environment is preferential.

• A salary between € 4.650 and € 6.600 gross per month (based on a fulltime workweek), depending on your knowledge and experience.
